House. 1808 by John Saunders. Brown brick with gault brick dressings, pyramidally
hipped slate roof. 3 storeys over basement on plinth with brick band over ground
floor, boxed eaves and central brick stack. 4 bay front; glazing bar sash windows,
majority original, with cemented sills; the windows to second floor shallower,
those on ground floor in arched recesses. Single storey end bays with 6 panel door
to left under transome light in arched recess up flight of 7 steps with iron railing.
3 bay return front with blind windows.

The house was formerly divided in two and forms part of a terrace of Officers
houses provided for the Royal Military Academy.
