Farmhouse with country house pretensions. Later C18. Stucco lined as ashlar with hipped slate roof and stuccoed stacks behind ridge. Three storeys with sill band to first floor windows and over-sailing moulded cornice; reduced proportions to second floor. Regular three window front with slightly projecting pedimented centre bay; tripartite glazing bar sashes with horns. Nine panel door to centre with raised and fielded panels, the upper lights glazed; flanking Doric pilasters and open pediment containing a fanlight with webbed glazing bars. The door is approached by two steps. Set back to each side of the house is a single storey, single-bay pavilion with hipped roof; that to the right is surmounted by a louvre.

Interior: on the back wall of the right hand front room are three round-headed niches, the central one larger than the others.
