7/132 Boulthurst Farm House

GV II


Farmhouse. C15 with remodelling of c1850. Timber framed core. Rubblestone cladding
with brick quoins and dressings, plain tiled roof with ridge stack to right of centre
2 storeys with 3 2 storey projecting square gabled bays across front; sash windows
on first floor, C20 casement window below. Glazed door to left of centre in half
hipped porch hood on wooden columns.
Rear - 3 gables projecting from main roof.
Interior: fine octagonal Crown post in roof, original roof timbers survive.
Remainder remodelled.
