1878. After the third semi-detached design by R N Shaw. Red brick with tiled
roofs. Two storeys and attics. No 3 has a gabled 3 storeyed bay, the top
storey projecting; the pediment is now missing and the gable has been rendered.
Entrance at side. No 3 has a single storeyed bay and hood to entrance door.
Each house is 2 windows, the top floor window in the gable is double as is
the gabled dormer to the right hand house. Tall chimney stack on party wall.
Brick piers and gate to the front garden. Illustrated on p 208 of 'R Norman
Shaw' by Andrew Saint as it was in 1881.
