House, formerly manse. Mid C18, altered C20. Coursed squared ironstone,
plain-tile roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and basement; 2-window
range. 2-light basement windows with concrete lintels, and cross windows to
ground and 1st floors with moulded stone sills and stone lintels with keyblocks.
Chamfered plinth, quoins, storey band and stone-coped gables with kneelers.
6-panel part-glazed door to rear left, 2-storey wing to rear right with 2-light
casement windows. Interior: chamfered spine beams. Open fireplace in basement
room with ogee-stop-chamfered cambered bressumer. Fitted cupboard with
round-arched head and shaped shelves. A manse from 1863.
