House, now cottages. Keystone dated and inscribed "1705 W I D" over door to left, possible re-fronting of older building. Part timber-framed, exposed to right and in gable to right end with rendered infill, red brick cladding to remainder, galleted sandstone to ground floor right. Plain tiled roofs. Two storeys with rendered offset end stacks to left. Plinth with plat band over ground floor, higher to right, and plat band to base of end gables. Diamond panel to left-hand gable. Cambered-head casement window to left-hand gable breaking through plat band. One window to centre of first floor and one window to right-hand gable under pentice drip board. Two ground floor casement windows to ends. Door to left, further door to right of centre (No. 1) and to right (No. 2).
