Early C19 Regency style villa. Formerly known as The Villa. Engraved stucco;
2 storeys; sash windows; one window projecting bay at centre and one sash window
to each side, all with hood moulds; central doorway with rectangular fanlight
and glazed divided door; semi-circular tiered bay on south side; boldly projecting
lines eaves; hipped slate roof.
