Former coach house, now two dwellings. C18, with early C19 extension and
C20 alterations. Brick, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with added
range to rear right. The earlier part facing road, has central 12-pane sash
window with a wide recessed arch to each side containing an inset 12-pane
sash window. On 1st floor a central blind recess flanked by 12-pane sash
windows. Roof hipped at right end. Right returns on ground floor on
12-pane sash window and a 6 panel door with fanlight in C20 brick porch;
on 1st floor a 2-light 6-pane casement, and a 12 pane sash window over the
door. Extension, further right, has C20 door at right end, sash and casement
windows, hipped roof, and three windows on rear.

pitched hipper slate roof. Two storeys. North elevation: Ground floor has
a central 12-pane sash window with a wide recessed arch to each side
containing an inset 12-pane sash window. First floor: central blind recess,
on each side a 12-pane sash window. West elevation: Ground floor: 12-pane
sash window, 6-panel door and fanlight in C20 brick porch. Above the
window is a 2-light, 6-pane casement. 12-pane sash window over the door.
