Circa 1876. By E W Godwin, modified by W Wilson. Yellow and red brick, partly
tile hung, tiled roof. Two storeys with a further storey in the roof. Single
storey bay to the ground floor, 2 sash windows above, 2 more in the gable.
Three storey tile hung gabled bay on side elevation. Entrance at side. Corner
brick pier to front garden. At sometime occupied by Hamilton Jackson.
