Cottage. Early C18. Squared coursed ironstone, thatched roof, flanking brick and
stone stacks. 2 storeys and attic, 2 bays. Central doorway with wood lintel and
ribbed plank door. All windows 3 lights with wood lintels, wood mullions and
iron casements. Extension to left, C18/C19, limestone rubble, thatched roof, one
storey. Interior: Ground and first floor remodelled C20 but chamfered joists
remain. Roof structure has original main rafters and purlins. Stud partitions on
first floor.
