House. C17 with later alterations and additions. Timber framed
and rendered; plain tile roofs; brick ridge stacks and integral
end stack. T-shaped plan, aligned east-west with east wing aligned
north-south. Gabled wing to left of 2 storeys and attic, slightly
lower extension range to right of one storey and attic; roughly
1:2 bays, casements. Wing has central ground-and second-floor
windows, and first floor windows to left and right; straight tension
braces above first-floor bresummer and 2 square panels between
bresummer and tie beam, roof truss has 2 collars with queen struts
above the lower collar. Extension range has 2 flat-roofed dormers
and central gabled porch. Lean-to conservatory to right. East
elevation: 2 bays, 2 square panels between bresummer and eaves,
curved tension braces.
