Garden house. Probably early C19 re-using C18 material. Red brick
with embossed and carved ashlar casing. One storey with pediment
broken by heraldic arms, a lion rampant surmounted by a crest of helmet
and greyhound under a tree; 3 bays, central 3-centred arch doorway with
raised key bearing a grotesque head, flanked by 2 round-headed window
openings with projecting foliated aprons. Built from material taken
from Loxley Hall (q.v.) when remodelled in the early C19. Roofless at
time of resurvey (February 1985).
