Circa 1883 Gothic style. 4 bay nave, transepts, tower and spire at south west
corner and church room at north end. Welsh slated roof with coped gables and
lead octagonal fleche. Rusticated sandstone ashlar with pierced quatrefoil parapet
and buttresses. Arched window with reticulated tracery and hood moulds; 2 light
nave windows, 4 light rose window at south end. Gabled centre with arched doorway
with receeding orders, hood mould and naturalistic foliage. 3 stage tower with
octagonal belfry and spire. Included for townscape value of spire.
