House. Mid C16 with C19 extensions to left. Timber framed on old range with partly colourwashed brick infilling below, tile hung above. Brick and tile hung extensions and parallel range plain-tiled roofs.

Originally T-shaped plan with parallel range to rear, now with double gable bay to street. Two storeys with stack to left hand return front and to ridge of right hand gable. One first floor and two ground floor windows on left hand gable, right hand gable jettied on first floor with two windows above and one below.

Left hand return front: brick dentils over ground floor. One first floor window and double casement doors below.

Right hand return front: Bargate stone rubble with ironstone galleting.

Rear: two windows to first floor of each gable, two windows to ground floor left and right. Door to centre, tension bracing to first floor.
