Early C17 or earlier house. 2 storeys. 4 windows. Bognor Sandstone rubble with red
brick dressings and quoins. Thatched roof. Brick chimney stack. Modern casement
windows except one with cement-coated brick mullions. Obtusely pointed brick doorway
with brick dripstone over.
