Holly Grove, house and attached outbuilding

House and attached outbuilding. House dated 1820. Brick in Flemish bond; house has Westmorland slate roof, outbuilding has pantile roof.
House: two storeys and loft, three bays; central door of six fielded panels below overlight in doorcase with pediment supported on consoles; 16-pane sash windows in exposed sash boxes and with cambered flat arches with projecting keystone; shaped kneelers, ashlar coping; brick end stacks.
Outbuilding to left: one and a half storeys, no openings to front; dogtooth eaves course; shaped kneeler and ashlar coping to left.
Left return of house: loft window and metal letters " TB 1820". Left return of outbuilding: a board door on each floor. Right return of house: 12-pane fixed-light
loft window.
