attic. One window wide. Ground floor modern bay and door. 1st floor recently
weatherboarded over stucco. Tile roof. Modern gabled dormer. The ground floor
bay replaces an C18 shop front. Rear: tile hung gable end with sash with glazing
bars. Interior: timber framing exposed.
