4/56 Plane Tree Hall Farmhouse

House. Late C18. Hammer dressed sandstone and pantile roof. Originally 2-
cell end entry with additional separate cottage to right now incorporated
and post-1854 cross-wing to front left. 2 storeys, 3 first floor windows
with roof line dropping over right extension. Main house: casements
flanking fire window with service wing to left. Right section set back,
with board door and fixed window to right. First floor: casements beneath
keyed herringbone tooled lintels to left section, and fixed window to right.
Swept roof gable coping, shaped kneelers. Left end and rebuilt ridge stack.
Interior: heck with chamfered post with wave stops to both ends, standing on
padstone. 3-panel door, moulded and fielded on one side, sunk on the other.
