House now dental surgery. c1800, altered. Roughcast brick, C20 cement-tile
roof. 3 storeys, 2 bays. Central C20 part-glazed door and old overlight
with radial glazing bars in altered doorcase. On left of door a 16-pane sash
in flush wooden architrave, on right a later sash with glazing bars in
similar surround. Sashes with glazing bars to 1st floor and 6-pane sashes to
2nd floor. Dentilled eaves; brick end stacks, that zn left shared with No 3
Swan Street (q.v).
