House. Circa 1835-45, perhaps by George Harman. Yellow brick with stuccoed band, parapet and window heads. Parapet to slate roof with end stack to left. Two storeys and attic with basement; two window first floor, glazing bar sashes. Single window ground floor, near central canted bay with glazing bar sashes in three sides. Recessed arched-entrance to right with panelled door and fanlight over. Spearhead railings around area to left and flanking steps leading up to front door.
