House. Dated 1687 on door lintel, extended c 1976. Deeply coursed,
squared gritstone, C20 cement-tiled roof. 2 storeys, 2 windows to first floor
with additional window to extension to right. Large quoins. Doorway off-centre
to left has bonded surround and deep lintel obscured by wood porch. 2-light
window to left, 3-light window to right both with square-faced surrounds and C20
casements. Similar 3-light window to first floor right. 2-light window to first floor
left with recessed chamfered surround. Moulded kneelers, gable copings. Corniced
ashlar stack to right gable. Attached, set-back, 2-storey extension not of
special interest. Included partly for group considerations.
