wall and part of northern
terrace at Nuneham House

GV II

Wall and balustrading. Probably early C19. Limestone ashlar. Low wall, approx.
lOm. long with a plain coping, runs between square piers and links with a higher
section flanking the entrance to the northern terrace, and with a 7m section of
balustrading and its short return westwards. The piers of the balustrading are
terminated with stone balls and urns. Included for group value.
(Nuneham Park is included in the HBMC County Register of Gardens at Grade I).
