Gatepier, part of entrance screen. Probably C17. Limestone ashlar. Square plan
with pilaster strips to all sides, those at front and rear rusticated; moulded
base and cornice break around projections; moulded stem remains from finial. One
of 2 main piers from a set of 6 at the entrance to Ascott Park.
