Outbuilding, probably a former Dairy/Bakehouse/Brewhouse. C17/C18. Timber
frame with early C19 red brick facing, some plaster to front gable. Red plain
tiled roof, half hipped to road facing and rear gables. 2 storeys. Louvred 3
light opening to gable, ground floor workshop window of 5 lights with door to
right. Left return, louvred 6 light window and vertically boarded door.
Internally there are chamfered bridging joists and wall studs visible, a copper
and a fireplace. Included for group value.
