House, now offices. Late C17 with late C18 gault-brick facade.
Brick. Slate roof. 2 storeys and dormer attic in 4 bays.
Panelled door set to left of elevation under a hood. 3 sash
windows to ground floor with glazing bars and red-brick gauged
skewback arches. 4 similar windows to first floor. Projecting
timber eaves cornice. Gabled roof with 2 gabled dormers fitted
with sashes. Internal gable-end stacks. Gabled 2 storey (and
attic) cross wing to rear, rendered above ground floor. This
and the rear elevation of main wall pierced by divers C19 and
C20 window and door openings. INTERIOR. Stick baluster
staircase with carved tread ends. Round newels. First-floor
balustrade has turned balusters. Ground-floor front room
partitioned. 2 rooms immediately above, that to north with
large-framed panelling with bolection mouldings, c1700.
Moulded cornice. C19 chimneypiece with, either side, a
cupboard with panelled doors and H hinges. South room with
similar panelling without the bolection mouldings.
