House. Mid C19 and 1991. Gault brick. Roof of black-glazed pantiles. 2 storeys in 2 bays. 6-panel door, the upper 2 panels glazed. One unhorned 6/6 sash right and 2 to first floor. All openings under segmental heads. Gabled roof. Internal gable-end stack to west. South-west gable wall rebuilt 1991 following demolition of Nos 10-12 Magdalen Street.
