Suburban villa. Early/mid C19. Stucco on rubble; rag slate hipped roof with projecting eaves; central gabled dormer glazed to sides; rendered axial stack.
Square double-depth plan. Two storeys; symmetrical three-window garden front. Original twelve-pane hornless sashes throughout; giant incised end pilasters with anthemion; central half-domed niche. Left-hand return entrance front has pilastered box porch with moulded entablature and margin panes.
INTERIOR not inspected, but likely to be of interest.
