House, now restaurant and shop. Mid C18 with late C20
alterations. Brick with stone dressings and slate roof.
Plinth, modillion eaves and pediment, corner pilasters, single
gable stack. Projecting pedimented centre, 3 windows. 3
storeys; 5 window range of glazing bar sashes, the central 3
with keystones. Above, 5 smaller sashes. All these windows
have rubbed brick heads. Above again, blank lunette window in
pediment. Below, central reeded wooden doorcase with open
pediment on consoles, with panelled door and fanlight. To its
left, 2 C20 glazing bar shop windows. To its right, 2 C20
glazing bar lights replacing the sashes, with rubbed brick
heads and keystones.
