Pump room to spa, now private house. 1818. Gault brick under
slate roof. 2 storeys in 3 bays. Late C20 glazed central doors
within doorcase of reeded pilaster strips. Overlight. Large
coffered hood carried on simple scrolled wrought-iron
brackets. One French window right and left under gauged
skewback arches. 3 sashes to first floor, with 6/6 glazing
bars and gauged skewback arches. Mutule eaves cornice under
hipped roof. Rear block also of 2 storeys in 3 bays, forming a
second major facade. Central pediment. French window to ground
floor. Sashes. Stacks in valley between ranges. INTERIOR not
inspected.
