Warehouse. Mid C18, refenestrated mid C19. Brick with stone dressings and concrete tile roof. Plinth, first floor band, cogged and dentillated eaves, single gable stack. 2 storeys; 5 window range of segment headed plain sashes, 2 of them blank. Below, 5 similar sashes with internal shutters.
