Houses. Mid C19. Brick; Welsh slate roof with gable to left.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar; 6-window range: 6/6 sashes
under segmental arches; similar sashes over; scalloped
barge-boards with acorn pendants and finials, to gables.
Entrances to right: 6-panel doors, part-glazed to Nos.24 and
26, with panelled reveals, under moulded flat hoods, on
scrolled brackets and fluted pilasters; 8/8 sashes under
segmental arches, to left.
Left returned side: margin-glazed staircase light with 8/8
sash, under segmental arch; to left, 8/8 sash with 6/6 sash
over; scalloped eaves-board.
INTERIOR: No.24: dogleg staircase with stick balusters, turned
newels and moulded swan-neck rail; stairwell window. 2nd
floor: 4-panel doors; architraves; fireplace with hobgrate.
1st floor: 6-panel doors and architraves; picture-rail;
skirting-boards; inserted C19 fireplace. Ground floor: lined,
fluted reveals to hall-arch; 6-panel doors and architraves;
picture-rail and cornice; panelled risers, shutters and
architraves to windows; marbled slate, tiled fireplace;
half-glazed door with chamfered head. Cellar: plank doors;
stone and brick-lined; stop chamfered ceiling beam.
