Shop and dwelling. Early C19. Painted brick; half-hipped
slate(?) roof; C19 brick end-stack. 4 storeys; 2-window range:
C19, 2-light casements, under gauged brick flat arches; set in
recessed bays between pilasters; rendered storeyband; 8/8
sashes, with similar flat arches and settings; band and
corbelling over recessed bays; two 4/4 sashes under flat
arches; coped parapet. To left, passage (Capuchin Lane) with
simple plastered barrel-vault; C20 shop front, to right. Rear:
tier of 6/6 and 3/3 sashes over passage; brick modillion
eaves; reduced C19 brick stack. Included for group value.
