House now office. Dated and inscribed over entrance JN 1864.
Red brick and painted stone dressings, on chamfered plinth;
string course and stone-bracketed metal gutter. Greenslate
roof with full-length C20 boxed dormer; rebuilt end brick
chimney stacks.
2 storeys, 3 bays; double-depth plan. Right panelled door and
fanlight in Venetian Gothic surround with colonnettes
supporting heavy bracketed hood. 3-light ground floor bay
window in stone architrave with bracketed sill and cornice.
Sash windows above in chamfered stone architraves with
panelled aprons and decorative sills. INTERIOR not inspected.
