Shop with dwelling. Early C19. Flemish-bond brick; stone
coping to parapet, deep box cornice, stepped voussoirs to
upper floors and cill band to second floor; double-pitched
plain tile roof with C18 dormers to front and rear; brick
stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window
range. 3/6-pane sash windows to the second floor, 6/1 to the
first floor. C20 shop front. INTERIOR not inspected. Included
for group value.
