pantile roof and brick stack. One room deep. 2 storeys,
3-window range. c1980 door under open pantile porch to left
with c1980 window above; C19 two-light casement window to
ground floor and two 2/2-pane sashes to first floor.
INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
No.1 Crimchard (qv) adjoins to right.
