House. Mid C18, altered C19. Roughcast over stone, graduated
slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows to 1st floor. 2 square-headed
doorways and 3 boarded-up windows to ground floor (that to
left a 6-pane sash). 1st floor: 6-pane sash, plain sash and
boarded windows. Ashlar gable copings on left rising to
rebuilt brick end stack; brick ridge stack to right of centre.
INTERIOR: boxed-in spine beam to ground floor left; collared
principal-rafter trusses, one with tie beam cut away. Shallow,
curved recess near present stair probably indicates position
of original spiral stair. Derelict at time of resurvey.
