Two houses. Late C17/early C18; eaves raised in early C19; C20 alterations.
Coursed limestone rubble with colourwashed and roughcast front; gabled thatch
roof; end stacks of stone finished in brick. 4-unit plan. 2 storeys; 4-window
range. No.61 (to left) has C20 porch and door adjoining early C19 square bay
window with tripartite sash. Timber lintels over two C19 two-light half-dormer
casements. No.63 has C20 porch and door and late C19 two-light casements; C20,
one-storey extension to right. Interior of No.61: chamfered beams, early C19
brick segmental-arched fireplace to left and collar-truss with butt purlins.
No.63 not inspected.
