Barn, C18. About 8 bays, two gabled porches on the west wide. Timber-framed
and weatherboarded on a tall plinth of red brick. Corrugated iron clad roof,
formerly thatched, hipped at north end. Two sets of barn doors in east and
west walls. Good framing of primary-braced studding. Open trusses with some
well-cut arch-braces and post heads of medieval appearance; some trusses have
bolted knees instead of braces. 2-tier butt-purlin roof, the purlins mainly
of triangular section.
