House, partly derelict. Probably C17. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Thatched
roof. 2 stone stacks with brick flues to left end and ridge. 3-unit plan. Single
storey plus attic. Panelled door has moulded hood surround and wood lintel. To
left a small extension with sloping roof, to right a 2-light casement with
wooden lintel. Small window above door. Left end to Rosebank: A blocked window
with stone surround and hood mould with label stops to ground floor; a 3-light
stone mullioned window with hood moulds to attic; a small rectangular blocked
window above. Ironstone quoins. Interior not inspected.
