School and schoolhouse. Built 1858, and enlarged to right 1890. Squared and
coursed limestone; stone-coped old tile roof with crested ridge, and lozenges of
coloured tiles to School House on left; moulded stone end stacks. Double-depth
plans linked by central porch. Gothic Revival styles. Church House to left of
one-storey and attic, 2-window range: central porch with lean-to roof has
half-glazed door. Tympanum arches over 2- and 3-light trefoil-headed windows;
canted bay window to right has similar lights. Gothic-style timber porch with
pointed-arched doorway to right, forms entrance to school on right: school has
double-gabled front and hood moulds with head stops over two 2- and 3-light
Decorated-style windows. Interior not inspected.
