House. Two builds: C17 and C18. Coursed ironstone rubble with C20 tile
roofs. 3 brick end stacks. Stone coping and ironstone quoins to
C18 part. C17 part to left: 2-unit plan. Single storey plus attic. Two 3-
light wooden casements to each floor have wooden lintels. C18 part to right: 2
storeys. Panelled door with wood lintel. To the right of the door a 12-pane
sash window to right. 2 windows on first floor with wooden lintels. Interior:
Heavy plank door, inglenook with chamfered bressumer and chamfered beams in C17
part. Contemporary fireplace and boxed beams in C18 part.
