Cottage row, now shop and dwelling. Late C17/early C18, with C19 and C20
alterations. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled thatch roof; brick ridge and end
stacks. 6-unit plan. 2 storeys; 7-window range. Timber lintels over late C19
half-glazed door with gabled hood to left and C20 door to right; stone lintel
over C20 door and timber lintel over C20 double doors to centre. Timber lintels
and, to centre, stone lintels over C20 windows except two C19 two-light
casements on first floor to right and C19 two-light wood-mullioned window above
double doors. Interior: chamfered beam and quarter-turn stairs to right;
collar-truss roof with butt purlins. No.125 to left (2 bays) not inspected but
likely to be of interest.
