Small house. Mid C18: graffiti dates 1753 and 1794. Coursed limestone rubble
with brick dressings; gabled old tile roof; brick end stack. 2-unit plan. 2
storeys; 2-window range. Timber lintel over central C20 door. Segmental brick
arches over C20 three-light casements: chamfered timber lintels over 3-light
first-floor casements with early C20 brick jambs. Dentilled brick eaves.
Interior: chamfered beam, and old roof purlins. Included for group value.
