C17 or C18. Brick, with half-timbered ground floor. Two storeys, of
which upper overhangs. Partly rough rendered with rubble plinth to
right. Tile roof, wood eaves cornice. Two windows, flat arches with
flush frames double hung sashes with glazing bars. On ground floor
two windows are boarded up. Plain door in wood architrave.
Derelich at time of Survey.
