House, now divided. C17 with late C18 or early C19 and recent
alterations. Coursed rubble. No 47 is rendered. Stone slate
roof. Two storeys. 3-room plan with projecting gabled wing to
left. Quoins. Quoined, chamfered doorway between the two right
bays. To the right an inserted doorway to No 47. To the left a
2-light and a 4-light double-chamfered window with all but one
mullion removed, and between the two, an inserted C19 window. To
1st floor is a 3-light double-chamfered window with all mullions
removed. In the right return of the crosswing is the inserted doorway
to No 51. The gable of the wing has former dovecote in apex, and
one 4-light double-chamfered window to each floor. Most mullions
removed. Chamfered gable copings on cut kneelers to crosswing.
3 ridge stacks. The rear of the wing has a 3-light window to each
floor. Later addition to rear of No 47.

Interior: Mainly modernised. Encased beams.
