5/90 Hunter Hill Farmhouse

II

House. Mid-late C18. Hammer-dressed stone, ashlar dressings,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Quoins, plinth and cavetto-moulded
band. 5-bay symmetrical facade. All window and door surrounds project.
Doorway has monolithic jambs and chamfered surround. All windows
are 2-light flat-faced mullioned with recessed mullions which have an
inner chamfer. Coped gables with kneelers and ridge stacks. Rear:
3 bays. Outer bays have 3-light windows to each floor. Tall cross-
window to centre to light stair. Right-hand return has doorway with
monolithic jambs and chamfered surround and 2-light window to each
floor (both blocked).
