Row house. Cl7 with C20 alterations. Coursed rubble with some
dressed stone to doorway jambs, wooden lintels and steeply pitched
gabled stone slate roof with rear stone stack. L-shaped plan.
Two-storey, 2-window west front. Windows are C20 small pane
casements. Glazed door off-set to left.
Interior. Ground floor room has inglenook fireplace with moulded
stone surround and circular newel staircase. Included principally
for its internal Cl7 features and for group value with Nos 32, 36
and 38 (q.v.).
