Farmhouse. Late C18 and C19. Coursed squared limestone with some ashlar
dressings; old plain-tile and Welsh-slate roofs with brick stacks. Probable
central-stair plan with added range. 2 storeys plus attics and 2 storeys.
Earlier main range has a symmetrical 3-window front comprising a central 6-panel
door, with overlight, ribbed keyblock and flat panelled canopy on shaped
brackets, flanked by canted wooden bay windows with sashes, cornice and fluted
frieze; first floor has 12-pane sashes with ribbed keyblocks. Roof has flanking
stacks and 3 hipped roof dormers with small-pane casements. Lower 2-window range
is set back to left and has sashes, a slate roof and a lateral stack rising at
front. Further subsidiary range to rear of main range. Interior not inspected.
