Small house. Probably C17, altered C18. Coursed squared marlstone with wooden
lintels; concrete plain-tile roof. 2-unit lobby-entry plan in 2 builds. 2
storeys. Front has two 2-light windows at first floor, and has 2- and 3-light
windows below, all with C18 casements; entrance is set to extreme left.
Steep-pitched roof has a rubble-based stack inset slightly from the left gable.
Interior not inspected but likely to have a large chimneybreast to left.
