Substantial house. Partly C17, probably altered C18. Squared coursed marlstone;
Welsh-slate roof with brick stacks. 4-unit plan in 3 builds. 2 storeys. 4-window
front, with C17 chamfered plinth to bays one and 2, has casements of 3, 4, 2 and
lights at ground floor, and of 3, 3, 2 and 3 lights at first floor, all
renewed with C20 ashlar flat arches; window in bay 3 replaces a doorway. Roof of
moderate pitch has stacks to left of bay 3 and to both ends. Interior not
inspected but noted as containing open fireplaces. Included for group value.
